OUR CHARMS - Many of our charms are stamped from raw brass. They are not 3D and are typically hollow or flat in the back. Brass does tarnish and sometimes we receive the charms with a red or yellow tinge. A handful of our charms do not come with loops (for hanging) and these are noted as such.

All of our brass charms are lead free and are proudly made in the USA. We thank you for supporting American made products.

PLACING YOUR ORDER - We are only able to process online orders. If for some reason you are unable to use our shopping cart, we will accept orders via e-mail. All orders generally ship within 2-5 business days but can take longer during the holiday season or a sale.

SPECIAL ORDERS - ACP is happy to order any charm in any quantity you desire. We can also order charms with a silver finish (100 minimum per charm style). Please e-mail us your requests. It takes about 4 weeks for special orders to be completed. All special orders MUST be pre-paid and are non-refundable.

USING A DISCOUNT CODE - ACP offers generous discounts on a regular basis. To use one of our codes, click "VIEW CART" while ordering. Scroll to the bottom of your order and underneath the total, you will see a spot for the code.

MINIMUM ORDER - Our minimum order is $10.00 (not including shipping charge). We apologize for this but with ever increasing costs, this is now necessary..

PRIVACY - ACP respects our customer's privacy. Quite frankly, we want to keep you all to ourselves and we will never sell or share any information that you give us.

PAYMENT METHODS - Payment can be made by most major credit cards (through Paypal), Paypal or you can mail a money order to the address on your invoice (received via e-mail). If paying by money order your order will ship once it is received. Orders where payment is made via money order are canceled automatically if payment is not received within 10 days.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER - Should you be unfortunate enough to receive an order with a shortage, defective, damaged or incorrect item, just let us know and the matter will be resolved immediately.

RETURN POLICY - Any item purchased can be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt for a refund, less a 20% re-stocking charge and shipping charges. Orders containing more than 250 of a particular charm and special orders are strictly non-refundable. If you are unsure whether a charm will suit your needs, please request a FREE sample before making a large purchase. After 10 days of receipt, all sales are final. You MUST contact us prior to making a return. Please return the items in a padded envelope to:

SHIPPING - All orders ship via United States Postal Service. USA/Canada shipping is a flat rate $4.00 and International shipping starts at $7.00 (up to $20.00). A priority mail upgrade is available for all orders for a nominal fee.

PUBLISHED SCRAPPERS AND CRAFTERS - A Charming Place offers rewards for scrappers (excluding ACP design team members) who are published and mention A Charming Place in their supply list. We give a $25 ACP gift certificate for publication in a major magazine and $10 for publication in zines, newsletters etc. In order to claim your gift certificate please mail a copy of the first page of the publication (for identification) and a copy of the page your work is featured on.
